We bought a decorated villa from the developer, but we immediately realized that it would not be possible to live like this. Everything seemed faceless, the kitchen was uncomfortable, the built-in furniture was not pleasing. We had already worked with Ivan before, so we immediately contacted him. The project was done very quickly, in just three weeks. And the renovation itself took only 3.5 months - considering that this is a whole villa, it's super. Everything went smoothly, without making too much noise. We took into account even such little things as my husband's LEGO shelves - it's nice. Most of all, I was concerned about the lack of storage space, especially on the second floor. The guys offered to combine the bedroom with the dressing room - and it turned out not only comfortable, but very stylish. This is our favorite place in the house right now.

I wanted to make an interior in the Provence style - light, warm, with an atmosphere. This is quite unusual for Dubai, and it was important for me that everything turned out not “according to the catalog”, but alive. I went to Ivan's studio. First, we did the rough work. Honestly, at that time I didn't know if I would do the whole project with them. But after the first stage, it became clear that we could safely go all the way with these people. Everything is clear, without impositions, with good taste. The style was accurately conveyed, the furniture was chosen correctly, everything looked right. And I really liked that it was possible to work in stages. You feel that the team is flexible and does not “push”, but does it in a way that suits you.

The goal was to turn a three-room apartment into a space for family life: a separate children's room, a guest room, and a master bedroom. We left for almost three months in the summer and wanted everything to be done during this time. The team tool care of everything: the project, visualizations, materials. We worked within the budget, without surprises. We repainted the walls, replaced the floor, changed the furniture — everything we wanted. I really liked the approach: they didn't impose anything, were always in touch, resolved everything calmly and to the point. When we came back, the apartment was fully ready. Everything is clean and tidy, and it feels like they did it “for themselves” and not “to pass”.

I am an artist myself, and it was very important for me to feel the space — to make it easy to breathe in it, so that the interior was supportive rather than pressing. I wanted to add my favorite art, but not overload it. The developer had an ordinary apartment; I didn't particularly like the kitchen - it somehow stood alone and isolated. The team proposed to combine the kitchen with the living room - and this was a key decision. The space was immediately alive. The nursery turned out to be just magical - cozy, calm, and not boring. And most importantly, we figured out the eternal problem of storage. In general, they used all zones that used to be just “dead”. In general, it turned out exactly the way we wanted: lightness, individuality, and at the same time everything was thought out to the smallest detail.

Ivan and I already had work experience - we made an apartment in Dubai. When it was time to start a new home, we immediately decided to work with his studio again. I wanted a Japanese-style interior - nothing flashy, maximum air, everything to the point. We redesigned it and prepared the project quickly. The repair took just over three months, which is very fast for such a volume. It is especially valuable that the work was carried out in stages, from rough to finishing. There was no “package of services” to get into; they discussed everything and tailored it to us. They took everything into account: from big decisions to small things like convenient storage places for the husband. It turned out very harmonious: visually it was clean and calm, and living was convenient. Exactly what we wanted.
